A brushed stainless steel guardrail and a one and one-half inch diameter painted steel pipe handrail mount to a concrete stair and concrete beam assembly. The stainless steel guardrail incorporates a one and three-eighths by one and one-half by three-eighths inch stainless steel bottom rail welded to the post, positioned above a recess containing an encapsulated LED strip and sealant. A hollow structural section steel tube is embedded in the concrete per structural requirements, while one and one-quarter inch diameter handrail posts are spaced at four feet maximum on center. Vertical dimensions establish the forty-two inch guardrail height and thirty-six inch handrail height relative to the stair tread.
