A painted double V-shaped vertical plaster control joint is centered along a dimensional control line within a seven-eighths-inch polymer-modified fiberglass-reinforced cement plaster assembly. The plaster finish incorporates self-furring metal lath backed by sheathing and steel stud framing with batt insulation. The control joint is painted to match the adjacent plaster finish.
