A reinforced membrane roof assembly is supported by wood roof trusses and roof sheathing. Rigid insulation is installed above the sheathing, topped with a reinforced membrane layer. A fastener and fastener plate secure the membrane assembly, installed per the manufacturer specifications with a minimum one-half inch spacing. Sealant is applied at the joint per manufacturer recommendations with a minimum one and one-half inch overlap dimension.
