A one-and-a-half-inch outside diameter steel pipe railing forms the upper guardrail member, spaced six inches above a secondary one-and-a-half-inch outside diameter steel pipe railing. A separate one-and-a-half-inch outside diameter steel pipe handrail mounts to a steel handrail bracket, which is anchored directly to the guardrail assembly.
