An overflow roof drain with a threaded connection penetrates the exterior wall assembly, terminating in a cow-tongue spout positioned eighteen inches above the dock slab. The drain pipe extends inward with a minimum slope of one-eighth inch per foot, sized per plan. Exterior wall sealant is applied around the drain penetration as required. The finish floor datum is indicated above.
