An exterior wall assembly features eight-inch steel studs filled with three-and-a-half-inch batt insulation and faced with five-eighths-inch gypsum board on the interior. The exterior is covered with one-half-inch exterior sheeting, two-and-a-half-inch rigid insulation, and five-eighths-inch horizontal subgirts. One-and-three-eighths-inch metal panels mount to the exterior using a neutral panel adapter and panel starter track. A three-inch minimum dimension and a three-foot zero-inch maximum panel module govern the layout.
