The assembly illustrates a pipe penetrating a structural deck covered with insulation, an air/vapor barrier, and a continuous PVC roofing membrane. A PVC membrane flashing extends up the pipe and is secured with manufacturer fasteners and aluminum tape, topped with a PVC membrane cap. The base flashing is hot-air welded to the field PVC membrane to ensure a watertight seal.
