A reinforced membrane is adhered to the substrate using bonding adhesive and secured with a termination bar and mechanical fasteners. Water cut-off mastic is applied beneath the termination bar, and a bead of sealant seals the top edge. Metal counterflashing is installed over the termination per the manufacturer instructions, with a final bead of sealant applied at the top joint.
