An underground conduit passes through an exterior concrete wall sealed with a dampproofing sealer per specification section 07160. The conduit and cable are packed and sealed within the opening using a sealing compound. A matching metal escutcheon plate is fitted to the interior wall finish, omitted below the finish floor.
