Steel deck panels connect at the sidelaps using inverted nestables secured with number twelve by fourteen by three-quarter-inch Teks 1 screws at twelve inches on center. The main deck flutes are fastened with Teks screws in a 36/4 pattern. Steel deck profile and gauge are sized per plan. Two rows of boundary screws are required all around openings.
