The assembly consists of one and one-half inch outer diameter steel pipe rails typically constructed with an overall height of two feet eleven inches and a four-foot horizontal span. An intermediate rail is positioned one foot two inches below the top rail and one foot nine inches above the mounting surface. Vertical supports anchor below the finished floor line.
