A reinforced concrete wall panel section contains number three ties spaced at eight inches on center, omitted where vertical rebar cages occur. Two continuous number seven bars run the full width of the panel with standard ninety-degree hooks at each end. Two number five bars spaced at ten inches on center maximum run the full width of the panel.
