A safety tieback by exterior building maintenance manufacturer is secured above the roof assembly, with the contractor responsible for determining the actual height required by the final roof insulation thickness. A one-inch stainless steel draw band fastens around the assembly, sealed with sealant against moisture intrusion at penetrations.
