An eight-inch wall-to-wall expansion joint bridges between two gypsum board partition frames. The metal framing supports layers of gypsum board on each side. A continuous fire barrier is installed within the joint cavity. Metal slide components and covers span the opening, finished with vinyl bulb seals at the edges.
