A 600T300-54 cold-formed metal track acts as a deflection channel beneath the roof deck, fastened with two number 10 self-tapping sheet metal screws at twenty-four inches on center at the roof deck. Metal end beads are installed on each side of the top track. Wall framing studs and spacing are sized per the architectural wall types, and wall sheathing is applied where specified.
