The restroom door signage assembly consists of a twelve-inch diameter or triangular clear acrylic plastic plate featuring sub-surface images and a half-inch wide border typical. The sign is built with a clear acrylic plastic front, a painted background on the interior face, and an opaque white acrylic plastic back with radius corners. It is attached using three flathead wood screws, countersunk, and adhesive, mounted fifty-nine to sixty inches above the floor to the center line of the sign. Signage is positioned on the strike side of the door.
