This outdoor cleanout assembly consists of a four-inch PVC SDR-35 pipe connected to a main line via a forty-five degree wye with a forty-five degree tee for a ninety degree cleanout. The vertical riser terminates with a brass plug of a cast iron blind cap, surrounded by a concrete collar ring similar to APWA Plan 574. In landscaped areas, the cap is located at grade, while in paved areas the cap is located one-half inch below grade. The overall height varies depending on site conditions.
