Parking stall dimensions and paving construction consist of a 3-inch asphalt layer and an 18-inch concrete gutter. A concrete curb or wheel stop is provided as occurs, with back-to-back parking adjacent to a landscaped area. Three-inch-wide white traffic paint striping marks the stalls, referenced to the center line of the parking center aisle. General notes require two coats of paint over non-sealed asphalt paving and one coat of paint over slurry sealed asphalt.
