Conduits penetrate a two-hour fire-rated shaftwall constructed with a one-inch gypsum shaft liner panel and two layers of five-eighths-inch Type X gypsum board. The shaft liner panel is cut to fit around the penetrant with a one-half-inch nominal annular space.
