Starter landing connection for a concrete pan stair system bearing on a structural concrete slab. The steel pan treads receive concrete fill and feature a 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch steel bar along with Wooster Supergrit safety treads of type 241BF. A clip angle is welded to the stair stringer and expansion bolted to the concrete slab below. The assembly incorporates a 1-1/2-inch diameter pipe bottom rail and 1-1/2-inch diameter pipe guardrail posts set at typical heights and dimensions.
