This assembly details a mobile cart constructed from one-and-a-half by one-and-a-half by one-quarter inch cold-rolled steel framing members. The interior sides are lined with eleven-gauge sheet metal, while the floor uses eleven-gauge expanded metal. Four eight-inch by two-and-a-half-inch swivel wheels with a sixteen-hundred-fifty-pound load rating support the cart from underneath. A tow arm extends from the cart, featuring a swivel joint and two quarter-inch steel gussets, connecting via a welded clevis to the passenger boarding bridge lift column support beam.
