A reinforced membrane roof assembly installed over rigid insulation and roof sheathing, supported by a metal roof joist sized per structural drawings. The reinforced membrane is secured with fasteners and fastener plates installed per the manufacturer's specifications. A bead of sealant is applied at the membrane edge, maintaining minimum clearance dimensions of 1 1/2 inches and 1/2 inch respectively.
