The vertical face is finished with five-eighths inch gypsum board on metal studs extending to the structure above, while the horizontal soffit surface utilizes five-eighths inch plywood. A recessed LED light fixture is positioned within the cove, with its location referenced to electrical drawings. The assembly is finished with paint as indicated on the reflected ceiling plan, and the bottom of the soffit elevation is determined by the reflected ceiling plan.
