A three-inch Portland cement concrete slope paving features a variable slope from 3:1 to 1.6:1, reinforced with 6x6-W1.4xW1.4 welded wire reinforcement and number four rebar. A two-inch expanded polystyrene joint filler separates the slope paving from the light pole foundation, which measures 2.5 feet wide. The paving terminates at a curb face with a twelve-inch vertical dimension, located five feet from the centerline of the chain-link fence and four feet from the centerline of the light pole.
