Head and track alignment for a vertical lift breakaway overhead door at a loading dock or drive-in opening. The exterior concrete wall panel extends upward to meet the roof structure, providing a dock seal at the exterior face above the door opening. A minimum required clearance of twelve inches is maintained between the door track and the overhead roof construction. The door opening height is coordinated per the architectural door schedule, and base conditions reference structural drawings.
