The weather barrier wraps continuously from the exterior sheathing into the rough opening, terminating at the back edge behind the gypsum wall board. An exterior finish of three-coat stucco applies over the sheathing and weather-resistive barrier assembly. Interior framing at the head condition finishes with gypsum wall board.
