Precast stair assemblies connect to adjacent stair partitions with standard finish-to-finish clearances per stair plans. Concrete-filled steel pan treads and landings provide the walking surface, with tread nosing aligned throughout the run. All exposed metal surfaces receive a protective paint finish.
