This assembly details a reinforced membrane roof system secured over rigid insulation and roof sheathing supported by a structural roof framing system. Fastener plates and mechanical fasteners anchor the membrane assembly in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. A bead of sealant is applied at the membrane joint with specified minimum edge distances and lap dimensions. The rigid insulation layer overlays the roof sheathing, which is detailed per structural requirements.
