An L3x3x1/4 structural steel angle functions as a tank mount, measuring two feet in total length with connection holes located one and a half inches from each end. Two quarter-inch stiffener plates are welded perpendicular to the angle using one-eighth-inch fillet welds on both sides, positioned ten and a half inches apart. Nine-sixteenth-inch diameter holes are provided typically at the ends for mounting hardware.
