The scheduled luxury vinyl tile plank floor meets at a net fit joint created using an underscribe tool, positioned directly beneath the centerline of the door leaf. The subfloor build-up is varied as necessary to achieve a completely flush transition across the threshold. The finish floor assembly matches the requirements referenced on sheet A0.3.
