An aluminum storefront framing member connects to a metal stud wall assembly finished with gypsum board on each side. Batt insulation fills the wall cavity behind the framing. Flexible joint sealant seals the perimeter joint between the aluminum storefront section and the gypsum wall finish. Non-structural metal framing studs support the wall assembly per the specified wall types.
