Galvanized steel roof tie-off anchors are mounted to the roof structure, verified with the roof insulation thickness, and filled with spray-in polyurethane foam insulation. A membrane flashing boot seals the penetration through the single-ply roofing system. The anchor connects to the roof structure per structural details and manufacturer requirements. Below the assembly, an eight-inch roof deck includes a vapor retarder.
