Precast concrete wall panels meet at a lapped joint featuring a three-quarter-inch return reveal at the end of the panel and a three-quarter-inch panel reveal beyond. A continuous closed-cell backer rod and sealant fill the joint gap between the panels. Foam-in-place insulation runs full height at the building per the alternate notes. Dimensions indicate three-quarter-inch setbacks and clearances at the exterior corner and interior return.
