The assembly transitions from a standing seam metal roof over a substrate and water resistive barrier to a flush metal wall panel on exterior sheathing with continuous vapor and water barriers. Variable-height metal supports secure the roof build-up over the structural steel framing, incorporating inside closures sealed with sealant and thermal break shims. An aluminum plate outrigger and painted steel bracket project from the roof edge to support vertical aluminum extruded painted blades spaced at one foot four inches on center. Aluminum trim at the wall junction is fastened with sealing washers or rivets at twelve inches on center maximum, set over a continuous bead of non-skinning butyl tape or sealant and flexible sheet membrane.
