Twenty-four gauge clad edge metal forms the roof or wall perimeter flashing, spanning four inches horizontally and providing a minimum four-inch vertical drop. A twenty-two gauge galvanized steel continuous cleat hooks into the hemmed lower edge of the metal profile at a thirty-degree angle and is fastened at six inches on center. The horizontal flange is anchored using one-and-one-quarter-inch galvanized ring shank screws spaced at six inches on center in two staggered rows.
