An expansion joint deck assembly is installed over a concrete tilt-up panel and steel deck. A TPO single-ply roofing membrane seals the top, sloped inward and fastened at twenty-four inches on center on both sides. A continuous metal cleat is secured at sixteen inches on center along the vertical edge. Rigid insulation is installed beneath the steel deck assembly.
