The assembly rests on a steel deck supporting rigid insulation per energy calculations, with single-ply roofing installed continuously up the vertical face of the prefabricated curb. The prefabricated curb maintains an eight-inch minimum height above the roof line and is fastened according to manufacturer specifications. Mechanical equipment bears on top of the curb, secured with screws featuring neoprene washers. Approved sealant is applied at the interface per the manufacturer's requirements.
