A wall- or countertop-mounted sink or lavatory connects to the building drainage system via a chrome-plated tailpiece and a P-trap. A clear plastic condensate drain hose ties into the system, secured with typical hose clamps at connection points. Escutcheon plates conceal the penetrations at the wall surface where the condensate drain and waste line enter the wall framing.
