A field fabricated pipe penetration flashing assembly over rigid insulation. A reinforced membrane waterproofing layer extends across the insulation, secured by mechanical fasteners and fastening plates installed per the manufacturer's recommendations. A stainless steel clamping ring and water stop seal the vertical pipe penetration, complemented by non-reinforced flashing and sealant.
