Cold-formed steel stud framing supports the parapet wall and carries fire-treated wood plywood and blocking at the top. An air barrier sheet extends continuously over the top of the sheathing and down both vertical sides of the parapet wall. Two and one-half inch rigid cavity board insulation covers the exterior. The roof membrane extends vertically from the roof deck, passes over the top of the parapet, and extends down the front face of the coping cap blocking.
