A W14x crane runway beam bears on a concrete pilaster with a two-inch non-shrink grout pad and two three-quarter-inch diameter headed anchor bolts with leveling nuts and a sixteen-inch minimum embedment in oversized holes. An ASCE crane rail rests on top of the beam, adjacent to a welded rail stop assembly fabricated from half-inch and three-quarter-inch thick steel plates. Three-eighths-inch fillet welds secure the stiffener plates and stop components to the structural steel framing.
