A precast concrete wall panel bears on a continuous concrete footing with a one-inch grout layer at the erection pad, featuring a continuous number four bar inside the footing and three number four continuous bars at the bottom. The panel is reinforced with number four vertical bars at ten inches on center projecting eight inches into the continuous footing between erection pads, combined with number four horizontal bars at twelve inches on center. A concrete slab with number three bars at eighteen inches on center each way ties into the wall panel with number five bars at twenty-four inches on center. The top of the wall panel contains two continuous number five reinforcing bars. An erection pad is located beyond, and the floor finish is sized per plan.
