A sheet metal scupper passes through the exterior wall and deck, secured to the wall and deck or optional wood blocking. The deck membrane is hot air welded one inch minimum above and all around the hole in the membrane, as well as one inch minimum in front of the hole. The assembly is integrated with a sloping roof structure and a vertical seam metal facade.
