The International Symbol of Accessibility is applied to the pavement using white traffic paint with a minimum stripe width of 3 inches. The symbol is centered within a 3-foot by 3-foot square field of blue traffic paint, which features 3-inch radius corners. The symbol and field are positioned relative to the back edge of the parking stall, with the center line of the symbol aligned with the center line of the stall. The stall width is defined by a total dimension of 9 feet, measured as 4 feet 6 inches from the center line to each edge of the stall.
