An extruded aluminum retaining frame secures the outer and secondary inner domes over continuous glazing gaskets and a condensate gutter. The eight-inch high curb is constructed from 18 gauge galvanized steel with continuously welded connections and an extruded aluminum thermal break frame secured by countersunk rivets. A three-inch nailing flange fastens the assembly to the roof deck, with an interior mounting screw anchoring the curb. One-inch polyisocyanurate structural foam with fiberglass reinforced facers insulates the assembly beneath the TPO roof membrane installed per manufacturer recommendations.
