An interior storefront system intersects with a steel column flanked by double metal studs at the jamb. Shims adjust the storefront frame alignment against the gypsum board return. Backer rod and joint sealant seal the perimeter junction between the frame and wall finish. A separate detail shows a one-half inch tempered glass panel with polished exposed edges joined with flush joint sealant.
