Metal framing studs support a layer of five-eighths inch gypsum board, which serves as the substrate for the ceiling finish. Wood-look panels attach using a manufacturer cleat hanging system for secure mounting. A three-inch stainless steel plate, one-eighth inch thick and bent at one hundred thirty-five degrees, finishes the outside corner with a custom finish selected by the architect.
