The light pole is supported by a two-foot diameter concrete base with a one-inch grout pad beneath the base plate. The foundation is reinforced with three number three ties spaced at one and one-half inches on center at the top, and number three ties spaced at twelve inches on center horizontally throughout the pier. Four one-inch diameter by thirty-six-inch long anchor bolts with three and one-half inch diameter galvanized steel washers secure the pole, with the anchor bolts tied to the rebar cage. The concrete base features a three-quarter-inch chamfer at the top edge and is finished to match the building unless noted otherwise. A concrete curb is located adjacent to the base, with additional curb information referenced in detail one on sheet AD.1.
