A one-inch diameter pipe is secured vertically to a wall using approved straps and anchors spaced every thirty-six inches. A strain relief connects to the pipe assembly, holding a float shown in a free-hanging high-level position. Cable ties secure the float cord to the pipe every thirty-six inches typically. Pipe caps are fitted at the top and bottom of the pipe assembly.
