A six-inch Schedule 40 steel pipe is filled with concrete and extends four feet above grade with a one-foot three-inch embedment. The pipe is set into a twelve-inch diameter by eighteen-inch deep core drill filled with four-thousand PSI concrete. A base plate is secured with four three-quarter-inch by six and five-eighths-inch long Hilti HAS anchor bolts.
